1.Insert the upper and lower ends of the special steel wire into several small holes of the upper and lower plastic seats respectively, and the skeleton is beginning to take shape.
2. Insert two iron rods into the two large holes of the upper and lower plastic seats of the newly made skeleton. After the size is appropriate, use an air nail gun to fix one end of the iron rod with the plastic seat to make the skeleton.
3. Cut the cloth into rectangular pieces, embroider, bronze or color-print the pieces into patterns that symbolize good luck, and then use a sewing machine to tie the edges of several pieces of cloth, so that the lantern cover is completed.
4. Put the lantern cover into the skeleton, then press the skeleton down. If you hear a "click", it means that the lamp head has been stuck by the iron needle of the iron rod. At this time, push the sewing of each piece of cloth on the lantern sleeve to the steel wire, and arrange all the steel wires at an equal distance, and the palace lantern has already seen its prototype.
5. Put the newly erected palace lantern on the stand, use a manually-operated gold bar machine to mark each wire on the cloth with gold bars of white latex, and then dry.
6. After the gold bars are dry, paste golden clouds (commonly known as clouds) around the upper and lower seats of the lantern, and then dry.
7. After the lantern is dry, use pliers to press the iron pin on the lamp post, and the lantern is closed. Wrap a circle of gold tape where the lamp head meets the lamp cover, and the lantern is complete.
8. The manufacturer of the lantern show said that the finished lantern can be directly pasted with a yellow beard on the lower seat, which is a relatively complete palace lantern. You can also decorate the big rings on the upper and lower lamp bases, use golden laser tape on the upper ring, and use hydrangea on the lower ring to make the palace lantern more beautiful.
9. Then press the line for hanging the lantern to the top of the pole, and a beautiful palace lantern is completed.
